Refund & Exchange Policy

At Cinnamon Handesigns, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

All purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we do offer exchanges or returns for store credit only, subject to approval.

Eligibility for 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it.
  • Unworn or unused, with tags.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be unused, unworn,with tags and in their original condition and packaging .

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused,  and in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-exchanges or returns Items

Some items can't be returned or exchanged including:

Custom products (like special orders or personalized items).

Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.

To request an exchange or store credit, please contact us at cinnamonhandesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.

Damages and Issues:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Upon delivery, we kindly request you to inspect your order immediately. If you notice any defects, damages, wrong items, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right for you.


Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
