At Cinnamon Handesigns, each item is thoughtfully made to order and many products are handmade with care.
Please allow 8–12 business days for order processing before shipment. This processing time does not include shipping transit time. Taking the time to create each order ensures the highest quality and proper packaging for every item.
Quality cannot be rushed. As a one-woman business, I truly appreciate your patience and support while your order is carefully prepared just for you.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

Package Responsibility & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, I am not responsible for the package during transit. Please refer to the tracking information sent via email for your order. If any issues arise, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly.
